Paper Submission

After acceptance of your abstract, you will be asked to submit a manuscript (2 to 4 pages). Once you have prepared your extended abstract, please send us the word or pdf file via by July 1, 2009.

Please download the template (.doc-File, 982 KB).

We intend to publish selected papers out of the “Extended Abstracts Submissions” in a refereed book (with ISBN number). If you wish that your Extended Abstract is nominated as a selected paper for publication, a 4 page Extended Abstract is required, which will be as well peer reviewed.
(Please indicate briefly in your submission mail: “selected paper”)

Nevertheless all Extended Abstracts (2-4 pages) will be provided in a “Proceedings book” at the symposium in September.

It is important that you follow the instructions in the template, to make sure your submission is ready for printing.
