ECS 09 took place in Karlsruhe, Germany and was organized by the group Thin Film Technology (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). There were invited talks, contributed talks, poster and exhibitor sessions. The scope of this meeting is to present latest developments and technologies, featuring contributions on fundamental science and applied research.
